My Peace of Mind

Habit’s form and life goes on, and maybe somedays we feel like a pawn in a chess game. Why do we let this happen? I think it’s because we are unconscious. I don’t want to be unconscious; I want to be in control of myself. After listening and reading to “How to do the work” I feel that I have been improving myself and expressing myself in kinder and better ways. I notice little things that make sense. I can’t quite articulate what I’m thinking, but I will keep working on it. I want you to know that you can take up space, be yourself, wear what you want, style your hair how you want, speak up when others tell you not to, express your feelings, good or bad, follow your dreams, break rules, move how you want, love yourself, like who or what you like, love who or what you love, and not care what others say, want, or approve of. You can either choose to listen to people and take positive out looks or not listen and take what you want out of any situation. You don’t have to doing any of what I said. Recently I have been manifesting a lot and I see things connecting. I also have observed my goals that I share usually don’t succeed, they disappear into thin air. Its ok, but I want to keep most of my goals to myself. What do you think of that? You can reply or you can just think about it. Thinking is good as long as you’re moving forward not replaying negative thoughts or memories. Have a fabulous weekend. Try new things. Sending my love<3
