My 2020 Lifestyle

Hi, I’m Isabelle. I will be blogging about my life experiences, business, dance, theater, outdoors, and how to become productive and happy. When the Pandemic happened, I thought it would last a couple weeks or months. I slowly became lazier because all I was doing was watching tv, staying up late and sleeping in, eating unhealthily, and rarely going outside to breath in the fresh air. After living this lazy lifestyle, I noticed that it was going to be like this for a while and I should change something. I didn’t feel like myself. I was basically living in my room. I even became more of an introvert. That’s not a way I liked to live. It changed, I started waking up early, taking cold showers, working out, doing yoga, meditating, journaling, watching less tv, and eating healthier. I feel like my younger self again with lots of new and fun ideas, and dreams. At times I feel lonely but having yourself at the end of the day is a good feeling especially when you got yourself this far. I challenge you to change your life for the better.
